It’s Raining Smarts…

The 3rd grade students will get to experience some social studies objectives in person this month when we visit the capital of Michigan! What a great educational trip!

As the weather becomes nicer, we will also get to experience some health objectives outside.

This month we begin our spring NWEA testing. We will spend some time preparing for our test, reviewing our objectives, and making sure that each student is fully prepared to do their best on the test!

Book of the Month!!

We are reading How to Eat Fried Worms. We have listened to the first few chapters of the book and the students seem to enjoy it.

Please practice your math facts! We will be doing timed tests each Tuesday and Thursday. Our goal is a popcorn party at the end of the year for those mastering all multiplication facts!!

We only have 2 more spelling objectives! The we will begin reviewing past spelling objectives this month until the end of the school year. Please make sure your child is practicing their spelling by completing Spelling 35.
